The students studied the function of the human cells and with the instruction of staff and volunteers created and edible cell (using twizzlers, marshmallows, gummy bears, whip cream and cookies) as a hands on activity.
During the spring module, students continued learning topics in Coding. Working in groups, the girls designed online magazines showcasing women in science, technology, engineering and math.
